Creating Change with Future Generations Foundation: $100M Beyond Reconciliation Campaign

In September 2023, the Future Generations Foundation (FG Foundation, formerly NIBTF) commenced a transformative journey with the $100M Beyond Reconciliation Campaign. This significant initiative aims to address the deep wounds caused by the Indian Residential Schools system and to uplift First Nations individuals and communities.

As the largest NGO funder of Indigenous initiatives, to date FG Foundation has awarded $49 million to 604 group beneficiaries and $30.1 million to over 7,100 individuals. The FG Foundation recognizes the ongoing need for support, particularly where funding has been limited for many applicants. The Beyond Reconciliation campaign aims to bridge these gaps, bringing healing and hope to survivors, their descendants, and their communities, while highlighting their inherent strength and resilience. FG Foundation is committed to supporting critical initiatives in education, culture, language, and healing, envisioning a future of positive change for generations to come.

DCG warmly invites partners, allies, corporations, and philanthropic collaborators to join FG Foundation in their mission to empower future generations and create lasting change. We are deeply humbled to recognize and honour our role in supporting this transformative and necessary initiative. We believe in the profound impact of this campaign and are committed to standing behind FG Foundation as they strive to build partnerships to enact real change in communities.
